I was working out today, thinking about how I spend too much time in my gym! I see the same people every day, the same trainers, the same girls, etc. I like my gym, because it is in my comfort zone. I’ve trained there for over a year and I know where everything is. I get a great workout, but somehow I feel like I’m missing out on something.

I recommend a unique approach to gaining muscle tone. I believe that the key to toning your muscles is to actually lift heavy for low reps, for at least part of your workout. So if you were to ask me what the best triceps exercises are to build muscle tone, it would be exercises that allow people to use heavy weight.

So…do I know David Beckham’s exact workout routine? No I don’t…but I’m convinced that he is very lean due to his sport. How many chubby football (soccer) players do you know? Well…every time I have watched the World Cup I have looked for someone out of shape, but I’ve never found anybody.
