I visit hundreds of fitness blogs and fitness sites each month. I guess I want to provide the best information that I can, so I need to be on top of it. Gaining Muscle Strategically is the Way to Look Your Best

Typically all the guys (and some women) I see in the free-weight room are trying to gain as much muscle as possible. Worse than that, they will take the muscle gain on any part of their body. The problem with gaining muscle just for the sake of gaining muscle quickly creates an unbalanced body.

I have to vent! About 1/2 the people who workout in most of the gyms I have belonged to are completely obnoxious!

If you are new to working out and are intimidated by the bodybuilding retards that live in the free-weight rooms…don’t be!

The side effects of steroids are downright frightening. With all the information out there, I have no idea why anyone would consider taking steroids!

The least talked about side effects of steroids is skull growth and that is why I wanted to address it. It is so blatantly obvious to me when an athlete is on roids…look at their head! Seriously…doesn’t anybody out there see this! Here are some photos to show you what I mean… [click to continue…]

There is something about a body that gets fit through sports that is more attractive than gym built bodies. The nice thing about sports is that the body gets built up in a natural way. A common thing I see with “gym rats” is that they have bulky muscle that actually makes them less athletic.

Have You Ever Seen A Guy With Huge Legs Try and Run?
