Rusty - Did this workout a month ago and it took me 25:56 to get though and I was exhausted. Since I've been doing Crossfit workouts consistently since, I tried again two days ago, same workout, and completed it in 13:11! Basically Crossfit seems like Craig Ballantyne's interval style workouts, only with weights and olympic style lifts. Either way, my strength has shot through the roof and besy thing is because my calories have stayed low throughout, my weight is about the same, but my muscles are definitely more dense. You should try out a couple of their workouts, they're definitely intense!
