[...] Such moves include double jumps, arm crosses, and running in place which is when you alternate hopping on each foot. Jump roping can really help trigger your HGH which is ideal for burning body fat. [...]

okay so i have tried to find a forum where i can ask stuff and get a response....

i am 20, female, 142 pounds and trying to get down to 130 pounds. it's not the exercise i am confused about it is whether to use ESE or IF....i was thinking of doing IF twice a week and practising ESE for the rest of the week. as in going two days a week fasting 24 hours and the only eating at night the other five days (have i got the names the right way around?!)

my boyfriend is 27, and about 125 pounds. he has tried eating 2300 cals a day to put on weight but it isn't working. his goal is to gain muscle everywhere and he thinks that he need to gain at least a stone and a half to do this. can you begin to build a good amount of muscle while being so light? i know you're busy but he has been teensy his whole life and he wants that to change.

not only would our confidence shoot up if you could come up with a solution, but i'm also thinking that if we can succeed in our goals, sex would become even more interesting (i just really want him to be able to pick me up and do me against the wall) too much info? maybe...just letting you know how much you would help us out :P

thanks for reading!!

Yeah the jump rope is the best...there's a reason the best trained athletes in world (pro boxers) have been using it for generations. The guy in that video is just ridiculous!! I'd like to see an example of someone showing workouts just a little bit challenging to me though ...rather than the alien dude

I like this little routine thing. 19 mths ago I had twin girls and lost all my belly. Well of course after I stop breastfeeding and eating un healthy I gain it all back. I do have a hypothyroid so that does give it a hard time to lose weight than others. I bought a jump rope the other day and I am so going to try this. A friend of mine gave me a diet plan that has helped me lose 18 lbs. in less than a month. I know alot of it is water weight but I was still happy. I am at a still now. Mind you I was only walking a little bit with the girls in my neighborhood with our kids when we could. YOu would recommend doing your routine you have up top to start out right? How many times a week do you think I should jump rope? I am trying to lose my belly that looks like I am having another child. It is embarrasing I get asked all the time. How soon do you see results? Thanks you for all your help in advance.

Hi Admin,
First of all your website is perfect in terms of fitness. Thanks for posting your valuable remarks.

I have just started with skipping rope and I do for like an hour. My question is does skipping helps in reducing the belly fat because most of the other sites says that it does not reduces fat but it keeps the heart intensity high. Is this true???

Hi,

My name is Ravish and I am doing Rope Jumps 6 days a week. I want to badly get rid of the abdominal fat and also the fat at the love handles. I am not sure, if I am having a correct approach towards Jump Ropes. There are number of questions that are going through my mind which I think an expert like you will definately help me in answering that...

q1) I do Jump Ropes daily for almost an hour... My problem is I can consistently do 100 repititions in one go..like that I can do around 10 sets daily...but hav to make 15 to 18 attempts to do 10 sets of 100 repetitions. How to improve my consistency is my first concern.

2) As I do it in the morning, what is the kind of food and liquid I need to intake before and after the workout ?

3) Will the Jump Ropes help me in toning my shoulders and biceps and triceps ? coz I can feel the pain in my shoulder muscles after the workout..

4) Is it fine to do Jump ropes on daily basis ?

5) To achieve fast results to reduce the abdominal fat, can I try some basic exercises like mountain climbers, Jumping Jacks and Burpees post Jump rope workouts ?

My ultimate aim is the invest minimal time in workout and doing simple and basic exercises to keep your body toned and physically fit.

I am not sure, if it is right to ask so many questions in my first email itself, so please please bear with me..

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Regards
Ravish

I am doing regular weight training now and is hoping to combine with it some aerobic training to lose fat (I have a quite high body fat percentage). Is rope skipping going to help me with that?
