…Yeah this is me (age 36…taken almost 4 years ago).

This wasn’t a planned photo shoot, I didn’t get “pumped up”, I didn’t diet down…or anything like that. This is just a personal vacation photo taken about 3-4 days after staying up late at night and lounging out in the sun by day.

I HATE putting up pictures of myself …I have many flaws (like everyone else). I don’t pretend for a second that I have the ideal physique or anything like that.

One thing I CAN Say With Confidence…

If you add “Strategic Cardio” to your current routine, you will Predictably Lose Body Fat pound by pound until you get absolutely as lean as you desire. Things like “6 pack abs” will finally become a reality for you.

    The irony is that in the 70’s and 80’s (when cardio was endorsed by almost every personal trainer) the gyms were full of lean people.

    These days…gyms are full of men and women who are about 80% of the way to an outstanding physique (muscular, but “slightly chubby”).
