The Naked Female Body…A Guy's Perspective.
I know a lot of my readers are women. I'm writing this article, because I think women are sometimes much harder on themselves than they need to be when it comes to appearance. I have seen absolutely beautiful women who think they aren't attractive because of a tiny bit of cellulite, or a few stretch marks, or because they aren't as thin as Jessica Alba, etc. When it comes to the bedroom, women are ever more critical of themselves.

[He Is Definitely Happy to Be Here!]
We Are Excited When You Are Naked…End of Story!
I'm not kidding. If a guy is with you and you wind up sleeping together, I guarantee you that he finds you attractive when your clothes are off. He's just happy to be there when it happens…LOL! It isn't any more complicated than that! Guys aren't as "detail oriented" as women…we probably won't even notice any perceived flaws.
The Naked Female Body…It Never Gets Old
I don't care how many times I have seen a particular woman's naked body…every time she undresses or I undress her it feels like unwrapping a present. It is the adult equivalent of unwrapping a present from Santa, except you want to be "naughty" NOT "nice" (I thought that line was clever…give me some props'…LOL). You may think we will tire of seeing you naked over and over again, but it is good every time!
We Don't Want You to Be Perfect
I dated a complete Barbie Doll for a short period of time. When she was naked it was exciting, but not any more exciting than some previous girls I dated. I actually like a girl to look different than an exact replica of a stripper or Playboy Bunnie. I want my present to be a bit unique when I unwrap it (back to the Santa reference again). Guys like girls to look unique…and it is your perceived imperfections that make you different.
What You See When You Look in the Mirror
If you look in the mirror and think you look bad naked, you still probably look great. If you think you look good naked, then you probably look outstanding. If you think you look phenomenal naked, then you probably aren't a girl (because I have yet to meet this girl). Whatever you see, I can almost guarantee you that we see something better through our eyes. Again…if you are naked, we are most likely very pleased at what is in front of us (or under us, or on top of us…okay I'll quit, since I'm trying to keep this site PG-13).
Be Happy In Your Journey To Getting Fit and Toned
Quit being so hard on yourself! Don't wait until you have reached your fitness goal to be happy with your body. If you lose 20 pounds then you probably will look even better naked, but you can be confident that you probably look good naked now. Get naked as often as possible and enjoy yourself…LOL! We are happy with your naked body, so celebrate your nakedness with us!
NOTE: Guys…please comment on this to show your support to The Naked Female Body. I'm all for the Naked Female Body…it gets my vote!

OH my friend Rusty..you never fail to amaze me with your posts! You are so right though. I know that whatever flaws I see in my body, my husband does not see, unless I constantly pointing them out to him! Either way..he loves me for me and all my cellulite included! LOL

It's always nice to hear these words of wisdom… if only we could take it to heart more easily!
Most of the time I pleased with what I've got. Some days I'm even ecstatic with how good I look. Then on other days it's like, WHEN DID SOMEBODY STEAL MY OTHER BODY AND PUT ME IN THIS ONE!!
I don't know how it is with men, but some days women just FEEL bigger, and it realy affects what they see in the mirror. We may be looking at exactly the same body as yesterday but our perceptions are different and it has totally skews our perceptions of ourselves. Those days suck!

Oh my god, I absolutely loved this part of this post:
(can you use html in this? I forgot. Oh well)
"If you look in the mirror and think you look bad naked, you still probably look great. If you think you look good naked, then you probably look outstanding. If you think you look phenomenal naked, then you probably aren't a girl" — I completely 100% agree with this. I have been thinking this for years now.

P.S: Sorry, I commented before I finished the entire post because I got a little too excited [ har har har!! Okay, I probably shouldn't add to the corny jokes
]
I just wanted to add that I am absolutely in love with the female body. I could never, ever, ever be completely 100% gay in my life. If some supernatural force (let's use Jesus Christ because that's funny and ironic) forced me into homosexuality somehow, even his almighty powers could not stop my love for the female body. I don't enjoy male bodies - we're hairy everywhere (yes I know girls naturally are hairy too, and shave, but still it's not nearly as much as most guys are), we have like no shape to us, blah blah blah. I'm sure some females could probably tell me something sexy about our bodies, but I certainly can not. I love every inch on a girl's body - straight up top from her hair down to her ankles. Mmm…curves…or navels or legs or brea- well, if I continue my personally inappropriate rant of feelings any further I don't think I can keep this PG-13.
Girls, if you think you look BAD naked - he's serious and 100% correct when he says you probably look way different naked to us than you view yourself.
Naked is good stuff. Girls are very pretty. Very fun. LET'S ALL TAKE OUR CLOTHES OFF!!

Angie,
I am like William Shatner…I try to "boldly go where no man has gone before" in my posts! Thanks for commenting…I haven't heard from ya in a while!
C,
Guys are the opposite. We think we look good when we don't…LOL! I think I look especially good with my Fabio Wig on (I just posted a super-corny Halloween picture at the bottom of that "James Bond Swimsuit" Post on the front page…click on the post). Anyway…I guess we feel that way to a certain extent, but not at the same level as women…probably not even close.
Adrianne,
I am glad girls don't know how attractive we find many of them…that way I can continually date "out of my league".
Jonneh,
That is the spirit! I knew you would join the movement! I like the attitude!

You feel really close to nature when you discard your clothes and feel warm sunshine, fresh air or cool water on the whole of your body.
Being naked outdoors gives you a great sense of freedom.
Being naked in the presence of others is a pleasurable experience,
but it is pleasure in the nicest sense of the word. It is very relaxing and enjoyable.
So many site cliche site are available for us. such as http://www.nudistconnect.com

Women have too many hangups about their weight / looks…personally theres not one part of a womans body that i dont like, the confidence that a woman shows makes the woman look alot sexier whatever size / weight / hair colour she is etc, etc, ….i personally like older women even though my current partner is 6 years younger…all women are beautiful, end of discussion i think!

Jessica,
Looks like you may be the first nudist that has made a comment on my blog. Are you familiar with Wreck Beach in Vancouver, BC? This is the only nudist beach I have been to. Pretty cool place, because they sell beer and food right on the beach.
Tek Tek 20 cent,
I need a cool name like that! Okay…I'm not even going to pretend like I'm cool enough to know what you said, but "huat ar" has gotta be good!
Mark,
Agreed…and this world would be a miserable place without women.

Hey Rusty,
I've been reading your blog for a few months now and I've never had anything to say other than "great post" but after reading this article I felt I should reach out and make contact.
I just want to thank you for this post. I know I have a lot of hang ups about how I look, especially since I do not at all fit the typical media portrayal for "beauty." I'm a 5'10 black girl with an athletic build and a really nappy 'fro (Don Imus can bite me), so it is really reassuring that no matter how I look my boy friend will never judge me like my female friends do.
And it's really reassuring that when he says he doesn't care how I look he really means that… cause sometimes I don't believe him. But it's nice to hear that this is a guy-wide phemonena.
And Rusty, I check the blog religiously and I find I have a very hard time telling some of my closer female friends about your site. (I know that's so bitchy… but I can't give away my secrets) but I have definitely hipped some guy friends and family.
Keep up the absolutely brilliant work!

Zumi,
Yeah…Don Imus is a jackass. Black women in particular hold on to a bit more fat than any other group for the most part. I know it can be tough, because you do have to work a little harder than the rest of us, but on the plus side…when you are fit you typically have nicer curves. Plus any tone you do have, shows up better with darker skin.
Glad that you finally commented Zumi!

This website is so true, it's so helpful to actually have someone tell the truth, rather than try to lie about it so that bigger women feel better about themselves. Its so good to feel that dieting and exercising isn't going to waste!
It's so frustrating hearing 'fat' women slag off thin women saying they are unhealthy in creating an exuse for being over weight.
Thank you for this website!

Rach,
I don't mind if a woman is overweight and working her way towards leaning down. I know that sometimes people let weight creep up on them, so my site is to help those people too…but you are spot on about how I feel about fitness.
I agree that people are quick to point the finger when someone is lean. They like to say how unhealthy it is, or that girl needs "meat on her bones", etc. All of that is nonesense. I used to be an Executive Recruiter for Medicinal Chemists for Biotech companies. My clients were Ph.D. graduates of UCLA, Berkeley, and Stanford.
These are scientists that discover lead compounds for major life saving drugs. Every last one of them said that overweight people are more than ten times likely to get any of the life threatening diseases including all forms of cancer. They also pointed out how rare it was for someone to get these types of diseases if they were lean and exercised regularly. We all know that being slim is healthier, but one guy said it is downplayed big-time because of how many people are obese in the United States. He said people "have no idea" how much healthier you will be if you are slim and exercise regularly.
Very Eye Opening!

Thank You! Hopefully true about guys. I gained about 20 pounds and i'm in the process of loosing it. When i was thin i didn't care about being naked, but with the weight i always want to keep everything hidden and no sex drive, what so ever.
admin said:
Erin,
It is absolutely true…believe it. We love our women and really just want you to feel happy. You are much tougher on yourself than we will ever be.
Lose those 20 pounds so you feel sexy again. It is important for women's mental health to feel sexy in my opinion.
I know you will succeed!

Hulbs,
Yeah…thanks for the compliment. I can't have a website full of just plain fitness facts, that will make you fall asleep. Also…make sure Sarah and all her attractive little Ozzie friends read this. We need them to take this whole "getting naked" thing global. It is THAT important!

Hey Rusty and all… I usually don't comment on these things, preferring to be a wallflower of sorts instead, but the insightful commentary left me more reassured— but realistic as well. The balance between these two are more important than most people realize.
You see, I'm in post-teen years and an ex-cross country runner. I have yet to lose the leg bulk….. perhaps due to an unworldly addiction to peanut butter…. but that is no more. I cut peanut butter and am eating less…. I'm trying to eat only as much as my guy: a 130 pound, 5'9" lean future scuba diver— a bit drastic, but note the use of TRY.
I'm also recovering from a bought of the "blues"—- what shrinks would call, oh happy day! clinical depression. My views of myself are, needless to say….. skewed. But…. I moved to a different town, with different people…. and one friend….. my "guy" now…. who has…. in a way… helped me crack that hard shell of broken paradigms: I don't deserve such things as love, friends, opportunities, fitness, wealth, health… or… heck….. sophisticated sexiness (other people seeing my goodies in a good light)….
The reminder that other people have a different view of me is…. really something. It goes deeper than what you intended…. perhaps…. but I thought it a worthy point to bring up…. By little me submitting this comment…. that means something…. right?
