Hey can you give some advice to someone who has two strokes and is unable to use the left hand, but is very strong in that arm but is unable to use the fingers. what type of exercize could I do to lose weight and tone. I am able to walk my gate is off due to not being able to lift my toes on that left foot. My hip must also be weak. What can i do to strenthen my calf and hip inorder to walk corectly. by strenthening those areas will that help me to walk any better.</description>
