		<description>So I started something like the salad diet about a week and a half ago except that for breakfast I will have weight control oatmeal and it is like 200 calories. So far in the last week and a half I have lost 11 lbs. With the weight my first goal is it just seems like the amount of calories is too much. currently im 304 lbs and wanna drop to around 250, this leaves me at 2000 calories a day? Currently Im eating btwn 1k-1200 calories.</description>

Weigh urself everyday and let us know how u r doing. I will do the same maybe that gives us some motivation.
I don&#039;t have a minute for workouts but i will try. All my clothes don&#039;t fit. I also bought so many new outfits that are small so i could reach the weight and wear them
Good luck everyone. I do believe that if everyone post daily what they are eating and the amount of water and exercise and the weight they started with and the present weight to help us all learn from eachother experience

To do it alone. U will not believe me if i tell u that iam a dietician and i help hundreds od pple lose weight and my clinic is full daily with a minimum of 50 patients daily. I also do tv shows and i am on a radio as well. I hear pple life problems daily and i help them so much and at the end of the day i come home not able to hear any sounds coz really there are pple out there that have so many emotional problems that leads the to emotional eating . I help everyone and need someone to help me. Hopefully this site will have lots of support for everyone.</description>

Have been trying to lose weight for the longest time, and everytime I get into it, after a week or so, it becomes boring and I just quit. I go to the gym and work my ass out, and only to find that am not losing any weight at all, even sometimes I feel like am adding to it. So i decided to change a little thing. I try to take oatmeal every morning before going to work, and most times I do not have the time to make it to the gym because am doing two jobs. I used to be so skinny, but for some reason I gained alot of weigth and right now, am like 160 if not more. I will try this salad thing, but my question is should I keep the oatmeal routine or just stick to the salad if am trying to lose some weight fast. When reading other people comment about losing 5 to 6 pounds in 2 days, am tempted to try this. So i guess I will just go to McDonald and order their salads cos really I do not have time to make it myself. This is really helpful.</description>

Since I drink water anyway that has not been a big deal.  I try to add some meat such as chicken or turkey in my salad I really think I can do this but its hard not to eat something sweet.  Any Advice for me?</description>

I&#039;m about 6&#039;2 and weigh over 300lbs I have a 4 yr old and a 9 month old boy and I have a physical handicap that limits  my ability to workout. I don&#039;t know why Rusty gave this book away for free but i&quot;m so glad he did it has some very helpful hints about the proper way to do this diet. I decided a week ago I wanted to loose 40 lbs., and I thought just eating salad and walking was all I needed, but from reading Rusty&#039;s info I think I will alter my diet and add some real cardio and make my body do what I want it to verses what I think it will do!
