I would eat like barely any dinner and enjoy the sweets , I don&#039;t recommend this but I did lose a lot and actually my dad told me u had to gain weight , bummer!!!!i was 5&#039;1 and 96 pounds at first than I lost  and got down to 87 pounds, I know not good !!! Just tryin to prove that it works!! And actually I didn&#039;t really feel hungary because I was so used to it !!</description>

		<description>hi kal, its safe to lift weights on this diet and i am having a protein shake at night with greek yogurt, berries and flaxseed, this really fills me up and i have lost 7 lbs in one week, i will eat this mon to friday and have veg and chicken in coconut mil on sat and sunday, i also take lots of vitamins , when i get down to my target wiight i will then havebit more food to maintain, hpe this helps.</description>

My name is Dan and I have been trying this life style since Feb 1st. I weighed 303 and i&#039;m 5ft 10. Now I weight 270. So I think I have been pretty successful so far. I am extremely strict with myself and have complete control of what I eat. I think I may be underrating to much though, even though I feel completely satisfied during the day and after I eat. I would like this weight lose to continue for a long time, wish i could weight 170ish. Can you give me any feedback to what I am doing and to continue to lose weight. I will also keep posting back how I am doing. I play basketball about 4 times a week. I typically eat an apple and half a protein shake at 2pm on M/T/Th/F, and then play ball at 5 and eat a protein bar around 6pm. Then I lift run elliptical for  30 minutes and lift weights at the end. After that I have a big protein shake. A half hour later I eat dinner. Medium spinach salad with veggies and little balsamic vinegar on it, cup of low sodium soup, a piece of whole weight bread with guac on it, two grilled chicken breasts with a lil egg white on it, and some green veg. A non-fat yogurt for desert with blueberrys in it. I try to eat this dinner meal 6 times a week if I can with a cheat day that I just eat something else usually out to eat. On W/Sat I don&#039;t have either protein shake and just have a fiber one bar before I play ball or run or what not. Sunday I usually just have an apple and dinner. I also drink water all the time. Please hit me back with some comments or what not.</description>

Yesterday was my second day and it was much easier to not eat all day today. I ate when I got home from work. I consumed the whole 1500 calories. I find it much easier to stick to not eating all day when I am busy at work all day. Today is my day off. So I know it&#039;s going to be harder for me to stick to not eating all day. Let&#039;s hope I can hold out to dinner time. Good luck.</description>

I started walking one mile this morning with my dog. She keeps me going at a pretty good pace. Felt good. Yesterday I consumed 1350 calories all together. My calories allowed is up to 1500 a day. I did eat a granola bar in the afternoon, because I was feeling a bit hungry. It was only 190 calories and it&#039;s included in the 1350 consumed. So one day down and feel pretty good. One of the health benefits of seasoning food with curry is that is helps reduce inflammation and relieves arthritic pain. I personally have joint pain in my hands, and when eat curry, I get plenty of relief!  I don&#039;t think it will affect your weight loss, but I&#039;ll try it and let you know. I absolutely agree with this way of thinking and I believe as humans we really only need one meal a day to sustain ourselves. 1) I am a very active person, I have at least 1 hour of soccer a day, and I go running/do ab workouts after this. Will I have enough energy to not get light headed or even faint? Maybe there is some type of vitamin or something to keep me going? I dont know!
2) I am nervous that it will be very hard for me to not eat during the day, what are some tips or little snacks/drinks to satify cravings until I eat my one meal around 7pm?

I absolutely agree with this way of thinking and I believe as humans we really only need one meal a day to sustain ourselves. The only reason I havent started this yet is because I have some unresolved questions and worries!<br />

Today a bunch of teacher friends of mine wanted to go to Wendy&#039;s for lunch.  I haven&#039;t told a soul about my dieting because I know they are gonna tell me how unhealthy it is to eat only one meal a day.  So I don&#039;t bother.  ANyway, I ordered a jr. burger with no cheese and a 99 cent fry.  I ate this small meal (I ate the least amount of food than any of the other teachers) and I WAS STUFFED!  I&#039;m glad I was because I probably only had 400 calories so I didn&#039;t blow my diet.  But it felt like I ate 1,000 because my stomach shrunk and I&#039;m not used to the fat anymore like I used to be!</description>
