The Apple iPod. Using Music to Burn More Body Fat!
Can't think of a good gift to give this Christmas season? Consider the Apple iPod. This is a great way to make your workouts more interesting. I actually believe that you will burn more body fat over the long term if you have an Mp3 player like the iPod. Somebody needs to conduct a study on this one!

Music Helps You Push Hard When Your Workout Gets Tough
The great thing about music is that it elevates your mood when you listen to a song that you like. In fact, I believe that music releases endorphins that block pain. I haven't read any studies on this, but if I was still in college I would push for a study on this.
