Coffee Drinkers Rejoice! Caffeine & Exercise Reduce the Risk of Getting Skin Cancer

Those "Double Tall Iced Americano's" May be Healthier Than You Think!

A study at Rutgers University studied the effects of caffeine combined with exercise. What they found was very surprising. When used together, exercise and caffeine doubled the levels of a tumor-suppressing protein(phospho-p53).

Coffee and Exercise (Cafe's are a great place to meet "hip" single people as well)

Although it appears that exercise and coffee each have health benefits, combining them together seems to have the greatest impact. The ability to double the level of a tumor-blocking protein is outstanding news.

Allan Conney, the director of the Laboratory for Cancer Research at Rutgers, sees the need to conduct further studies…"We think this points out a need for more studies to see if the combination will protect people against sunlight-induced skin cancer".

This study was a result of an interesting finding during a green tea study. It was found that decaffeinated green tea had no effect on repairing damaged skin cells, but the caffeinated green tea did.

Here is How I Combine Caffeine and Exercise Effectively

1) Eat as little as possible 4-5 hours before your workout

2) 30 minutes before training drink two cups of coffee or 3 cups of Green Tea

3) Make sure and perform intense cardio after lifting to take advantage of caffeine's fat burning potential

See…I knew my "Double Tall Iced Americano" was doing me some good! Yeah…I live in Seattle and espresso is consumed about as much as water. Now don't think you can order all those fancy drinks with caramel, chocolate, cream, etc…you have to go plain…stick with black coffee or tea without sugar.

Not only will caffeine reduce your risk of skin cancer, it will give you energy on a low calorie diet to burn body fat like crazy!

Um Im just wondering if adding a tablespoon of unheated honey will derail my weightloss, cause wouldnt that be classified as sugar?

Just wanting to know 'cause I havent touched sugar in weeks and have used alot of you fitness tips on here and have seen really great results. I dont really want that to end…..currently i have been consuming a total of around 970 calories for the past 2 weeks. Im aware I have one more week of this type of restriction, then I will be switching to a lose diet for 1 week, then back to the hard diet again for three. Just telling you all that to let you know were I am….lol……….also I have been doing HIITs 2 x's per week and will be bumping that up to 3 this week with the addition of steady state cardio (hope i'm saying that right:).

Also I have like a good bit to lose….so theres my story…..I need to know about the honey, cause im willing to dump it if its gonna slow me down.
